For the past 35 years, Clares Business Solutions have been at the forefront of inspiring staff and creating positive change within the work environment. We can proudly announce that we have been accredited by the Investors in People (IIP) Standard to acknowledge our continued investment into our workforce.

Creating sustainable success

The latest sixth generation IIP framework has been led by a UK government commission, respected academies, prominent business leaders and industry experts. Within this, Clares have adhered to the IIP framework in creating high performance outcomes from our employees. This has included leading and inspiring people, building capability, and creating sustainable success. Of the IIP framework, Clares have achieved all indicators at the ‘Developed’ level, along with indicators at the ‘Established’ level.
